Refreshing Mint Tea Recipe for Upset Stomach

Ingredients
8-10 mint leaves
1/2 tbsp. ground cloves
1/2 lemon
1 tbsp. honey ( optional)
water
Preparation
Put the dried mint leaves and the cloves in boiling water ans steep for 4-5 minutes. Put it aside for another 4-5 minutes, strain it and let it cool down. Then add the freshly squeezed lemon juice and the honey, stir it well and the tea is ready for use. Enjoy!
Note: You can prepare large amount of the tea and store it in the fridge so that you can use it for 2 days more
